السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

عساكم بخير..
انا طالبة امتياز علاج طبيعي
ودرست في كل حالات THR اننا نمنع abd hip with ext.ernal rotation
لكن اليوم كان الدكتور يقولي كلام ولخبطني , على حسب كل Approach
في عمليات تبديل مفصل الورك عندنا Ant., lat, and post. Approach
وفي كل الأحوال نمنع abd. hip
لكن سؤالي متى نمنع ext. and int. rotation ?

اتمنى الاجابة من أهل العلم في هذا المجال

if ther was any problems prevent from external or internal rotation
but mainly ther is afixation in slight adduction and slight hip flex. and also some range of int. rot and rarely another fixation positions

but u must know about role of physiotherapy

Until your patient's hip prosthesis stabilizes after hip replacement surgery, she must follow instructions for proper positioning so that the prosthesis remains in place. Dislocation of the hip is a serious complication of surgery that causes pain and loss of function and necessitates reduction under anesthesia to correct the dislocation. Teach , your patient that desirable positions include abduction, neutral rotation and flexion of less than 90 degrees and that when she's seated, her knees should be lower than the hip. Positions to avoid after total hip replacement .
